Owned for 9 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.sometimes loses proper communication with my Vizio TV and needs reset. We bought this one primarily because we thought two devices from the same brand would work well together and it was narrow enough to fit in our entertainment cabinet. The sound is definitely great ... very impressive, especially considering the smaller size of the bar.

Better sound

I wanted a single unit that would sit in front of the TV. I considered Bose but it was too expensive. The visio was the right price and works well. The only disappointment is I have to use the visio remote to control the volume as the TV remote will not work.
