However I purchased the 3 channel model as a Christmas present for my Daughter , and it provides a better sound. But the 2 channel model works well enough for my needs.

You must read all instructions. Soundbar malfunctioned ONCE (- full volume blasting). This occurred one of the times I tried the fiber-optic connection (-was included). Turned off power for awhile and then OK(?), but I'm sure keeping receipt and box. Other reviewers didn't mention (remote or unit) control malfunctionings, so I hope no problem again. FIBER OPTIC connection does not work. FIBER OPTIC signal output from my TV and 'FIOS' box was not recognized by the soundbar. -No matter, because this is not a high-end product. * The REMOTE-CONTROL is ONLY way to operate soundbar. If REMOTE BREAKS OR IS LOST, you'll have to throw the soundbar in the garbage. SO, DO NOT BUY ANY "VISIO" SOUNDBAR.

Posted .Thank you for your feedback. The Sound Bar does have control buttons on the top that allow you to adjust settings by using different combinations of them.
