Once in a while is shuts off but I pause the TV then hit play and the sound bar comes back on. I also found out if you shut off the internal TV speakers it works a lot better.

The volume was really weird as well. it was either to loud or to quiet. couldent get it to be a reasonable volume. No other issues.

Posted .Thank you for your feedback and input! There are some features with your Sound Bar that can be adjusted to help with the volume difference. The settings are called TruSurround and TruVolume and can be turned on or off.
