The volume was really weird as well. it was either to loud or to quiet. couldent get it to be a reasonable volume. No other issues.

Posted .Thank you for your feedback and input! There are some features with your Sound Bar that can be adjusted to help with the volume difference. The settings are called TruSurround and TruVolume and can be turned on or off.

There's lots of turning the volume up for speech then quickly turning it down for action.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend Crisp sound

The regular tv speakers would be good in regular scenes but would crackle in action or loud scenes. Or it would be good in loud action scenes and too soft for regular scenes like talking. The sound bar gives a nice crisp even sound over all scenes no crackling and can hear everyone talking in the movie or show. Overall great product.

Nothing to do with the product. My husband and I should have asked when we purchased the sound bar. About it’s compatibility with are tv brand. We couldn’t set it up using the Bluetooth so we had to go get a sound cord for it. Which is okay. I would recommend this sound bar
