For the size … this thing puts out great sound. Can be added to with more speakers for surround sound or just adding a subwoofer for some bass. Great price point for a good product.

A definite must! I just bought a new 4K Vizio tv which is a great tv, but the sound is terrible. I am so glad I bought this sound bar. Now I can hear perfectly and the sound is great.

this was perfect for my situation. I have an old am/fm radio, cassette player w/turntable in family room. Compact and good quality for the price. No more bulky speakers with hideous wires in view

This soundbar fit perfectly between the stand of my Toshiba TV. It was easy to install using the optical cable. That's about all of the good news. The manual that came with it was very unclear and incomplete in the setup process, specifically with regards to the "training" of the volume controls. When I called Vizio's customer support number, the offshore agents were difficult to communicate with. Further the manual that they had was different from the manual that came with the device. In their defense, what they had was the manual that was online at the Vizio support site. After 2 fruitless calls, I tried Vizio's online chat and got a very knowledgeable agent. He had the correct manual but the instructions in the manual were not correct. His exact words were "The manual is probably not very helpful using this remote." Even when the training was successful, the volume interface was not consistent. Occasionally, after muting and unmuting, the volume didn't return. I would have to press the volume up to get the volume to return. Likewise, the Eco Power feature was inconsistent. Changing the Eco Power setting didn't result in the tones specified in the manual indicating the result of the change. Despite exercising what was expected to be both modes, On and Off, the soundbar would randomly power off when not in use. Sometimes it would stay on overnight and then power off when not in use for 2 hours.

Bought this for our master bedroom and it's pretty darn good. Wasn't looking for anything really expensive. Just needed something better than the speakers from our flat screen TV. Really good bass and voice clarity.

Economical sound bar to improve sound for TV with small built in speakers. Tricky to get the volume to retain a level between uses.

I wanted something to enhance my movie watching experience without costing too much. It's nit the best quality but for the price it met my expectations and does the job.

Decent item. Good volume, but some TVs are not about to control volume through the sound bar as it doesn't support all formats.

I am an 82-year-old woman who has trouble understanding the people who have an accent when I am watching my TV. This wonderful soundbar eliminates this problem! Wonderful purchase.

This soundbar is amazing for the price! The bass fills the room much better than I would have expected. The clarity is perfect and it sounds so much better than the TV speakers.

Pretty much as good as I expected for the price. The bass isn’t too bad, and it has Bluetooth for you to connect your phones or other devices

My Vizio sound bar works great!! Not only does it direct the sound to the front of the TV, but makes it more distinct, therefore less volume is needed. I would recommend this product.

Honestly I didn't expect much from a soundbar but was pleasantly surprised! Simple to install and use. I was able to hook up our Yamaha subwoofer up to it as well but it sounds great without a sub.

This compact sound bar is just what I needed with my Fire tv in the sunroom for streaming. I just wish my tv controller would turn it on also.

Sound quality is excellent and inexpensive at same time. My only issue is that it doesn’t sound very good when you play music through it but that’s not why I bought it so it doesn’t matter.

I love this sound bar so much I am getting a second one. Sound is clear and the size of the unit fits perfect under my flat screen.

Bought this for our bedroom to update from just listening to TV speakers. It makes a big difference, definitely boosts the sound with decent quality.

Great sound quality and volume for a smaller sound bar. With no subwoofer, the audio output is still great and makes the viewing experience much better.
