    We purchased the Vizio sound bar from Best Buy. Could not get this unit working properly. Fortunately Vizio has great customer service. I called & spoke with a courteous & knowledgeable agent. He had me do certain tests and decided that the soundbar was defective. They promptly sent me a new sound bar, with a UPS label for me to return the defective item. The new one works perfectly. Three cheers for Vizio.

    The Vizio soundbar definitely enhances the quality of the audio for music and background effects. Music streaming is particularly more enjoyable. Dialogue seems easier to hear without the soundbar. In of itself is compact, easy to set up if support from Vizio is even needed and looks natural and appealing just in front of the TV screen.
