TV had POOR SOUND

They did a lot of research and went with the TV with the most stars. The TV was great except for the sound. I did not want to return it sine it was a gift they had taken so much time and. thought into. This is my husband's email (I'm happy Mom). So my husband and I went to Best Buy for a soundbar and I love it!
