This was not the case, had it delivered set it up and tested the system sound. It was slightly better than my tv speakers, which is from a Samsung 82” newly purchased tv. The tv is amazing for the price, so I would like to have a sound bar that mimics the tv. I will return the sound bar to the store and hopefully find something more suitable to my needs. We like to listen to YouTube music videos, sing along while drinking and this is no where near loud enough. For a tv with super low volume, it might be okay, but certainly not for any large smart tv. Posted .Hi SandyR, this 20" 2.0 soundbar is perfect for enhancing audio on smaller units. But, for larger rooms, or 80" TV's we do offer products like our 36" 2.1 sound bar that comes with a wireless subwoofer. The larger speakers and the boom of the subwoofer may be more up your alley. For discerning listeners, we also have our line of Atmos Sound Bars that have theater quality surround sound, and room filling audio.

Honestly, haven't really turned the volume super high so I have no idea why they would be busted so soon. The first day went great, no problems at all and was really impressed at how much bass it had. Now I can't turn it up as loud as I'm used to. Disappointed that I may have to return this prouct and exchange it for something subpar and possibly more expensive.
