Sad sound bar

Open Box Sound Bar

I have contacted Best buy they said it was sold as an open box so it's my problem now. I have been dealing with Vizio now. They have sent me 2 remotes, both the same and NEITHER work on the sound bar. I refuse to buy from Best Buy... I get better treatment from a Pawn Shop.

LG 65” OLED great product.

Called local store and was told, “The TV guy is busy right now and can’t come to the phone. Call the 800 number.” Called the ‘800’ and was told the local store needs to order the correct remote. Called the local store talked to the ‘TV Guy’ who tried to find the correct remote. When he finally identified the model number he said it was no longer available. Then suggested I look at eBay for a universal remote which would only have partial features. At that point I asked to speak to the manager. Manager tells me I bought an ‘open box’ TV and it didn’t include a remote. I said, “Well I was given a remote just an incompatible one.” He again mentioned I could BUY a universal remote that would not be full featured. I said, “You expect me to be satisfied with a remote that only has partial functions? If that’s your solution you can come and get this TV!” He then asked if I had paid for delivery? I said, “Do you realize I just purchased a complete kitchen of KichenAid apliances from you? I would think you would be interested in keeping me happy.” At that point the manager said they would give me a remote from a new TV and it would have full functions. I couldn’t help but think I would have received much better treatment if the manager I was talking to was the owner of a local store,

Okay, but cuts out

Posted .If the sound bar is cutting out, it could be an issue with the connection. Make sure the cord is plugged in securely to the bar and TV, if you're still having issues after that, give us a shout at 855-833-3221. One of our agents would be happy to help you.
