    ok value if tv speakers are crappy, the sound isn't all that great. No real bass.

    It has not made a sound since installing, despite multiple adjustments settings changes. I do not blame Best Buy but have not yet had time to get help from the store. The sound bar is connected to the Samsung smart 32" tv purchased at the same time.

    first one bricked. Exchanged and the second one had audio problems as well with optical or HDMI feed. Audio kept dropping out with antenna TV or Fire TV Stick (which is an HDMI input), or going into into reverb! Returned it.

    No wall mounting abilities, when used via blue tooth and amazon fire stick you have to push the blue tooth button every time you turn the tv on and when paired with a amazon fire stick the volume number display on the tv does not show up anymore Overall just a hassle to use I returned it within 10 days

    I prefer Samsung myself. The sound quality is not good. There seems to be a lot of distortion. It doesn’t connect to Bluetooth on your TV if you have a TCL brand.

    Purchased this sound bar to pair witb a new tv on our back deck. Easy to install but couldn't get sound to work properly. There was a delay in sound to the tv screen and the volume sucked. Returned for refund.

    Worst sound bar Ever. Couldn't tell when it was on, couldn't adjust it, had a terrible echo ... Junk But great service from Best Buy and swapped it out for a very nice Samsung Sound Bar

    Soo, unfortunately the VIZIO soundbar wasn't compatible with my VIZIO tv for some odd reason so I ended up giving to my mom and it works great!

    I think this sound bar is too hard to operate. Not user friendly, NOT HDMI, which makes the difference. Buying a Sony or Vixio.

    I'm not blaming the brand but this unit might be defective. It's still under warranty so I shall return it and get something else.
