I do not blame Best Buy but have not yet had time to get help from the store. The sound bar is connected to the Samsung smart 32" tv purchased at the same time.

Exchanged and the second one had audio problems as well with optical or HDMI feed. Audio kept dropping out with antenna TV or Fire TV Stick (which is an HDMI input), or going into into reverb! Returned it.
