Product is GREAT, support sucks!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Basically the set is just what I wanted and works great!... except for the "Smart" TV part (Smartcast, Chromecast, or whatever it is) will not synch, start, load or do what it is supposed to do, even though it is connected to the Internet, so far I can't stream squat! Attempts to reach Best Buy Support have gone unanswered, So guess I'll try Vizio next. Bummer so far because I plan to replace 3 more TVs in my house 55" up.

Nice tv but...

The only problem are the inputs. There are 2 HDMI, which are fine. But if you need to connect an older DVD , etc., you need to purchase adaptors. One component input to 3.5 phone plug. And a red/white to 3.5 phone for sound. Or a red/white/yellow to 3.5 phono plug.They are NOT included! Plus, you can only connect one device at a time with this input.
