I got this TV to use as a monitor with my new computer and wanted something that was in 1080p I did some research and found that this was the best option for my price range. The picture is great the color is awesome and I have absolutely no complaints about this TV whatsoever.

I used this Vizio tv as a monitor for a rack mount home theater system installation. I wanted a 1080p screen to use in the cabinet for GUI on a yamaha RX-A870 receiver. This worked very well and added the ability to stream youtube music to the area it was installed in. Great little tv at a great price at Best Buy.

Great tv- the 1080 picture is much better than the 720 Vizio I have. Perfect size for my use, which is to place it on a Director’s music stand and view music instructional videos. The portability will also allow me to move it from room to room, as needed. The price for this quality of a tv was surprisingly low. Very satisfied.

This was my first digital TV, and it has worked well. It is just the right size for my bedroom. The Smart TV options are very nice. The picture is good most of the time,....does get a bit glitchy sometimes, but I think that is more a connection issue than the TV itself. I would get a VIZIO TV again.

I cannot fully review this TV because all of the wonderful features are not being used. The TV belongs to my cousin who is a Senior and does not have internet. So, it's being used as just a standard TV. Now, the quality of the picture is outstanding (vibrant, clear, and crisp). Even the small details can be seen in the picture, i.e. facial blemishes, pimples, etc. This is a replacement for the kitchen TV that stopped working. My cousin wanted another Vizio because she has one in the family room she has had for years. For the most part, we are very happy with her purchase of this Vizio TV. She just has to get used to the newest technology she can use without the internet on this one that her other older Vizio doesn't have.

So much technology in a small package! Smart Tv at it's best!

Main Issue is with the remote that came with the TV. When watching a program on Amazon Prime, there are no buttons to pause or rewind the movie. My remote on my older Vizio will perform these functions on the TV. Also, it is a bit trickier to change the input than on the older TV. Gives an excellent picture. The price was excellent.

Bought this model to replace a similar Insignia tv/monitor. I need it for installing TV antenna systems, as well as doubling for monitor duty with surveillance system installations. For monitor use, I require 1080p HD resolution - which is hard to find in sub 26" class TVs. I prefer not to carry a TV and separate monitor, so wanted a small TV w/ 1080p res, and at least one HDMI input. Used to find TVs with component, A/V, HDMI, VGA, and RF inputs. That's becoming a rarity now... this tv has 2 HDMI inputs, astandard RF coax tuner input, as well as RJ45 LAN (internet) connection. No component (RGB), A/V, or VGA inputs, unfortunately. I have an older Insignia in same size which has all those inputs, as well as excellent performance. As to the pluses: Tuner sensitivity is very good, with excellent high signal tolerance. Video is also very good, with good color accuracy (for the $). There is very little if any motion blurring, smearing or blooming, which plague some tv's. Sound is typical in small flat panel TVs - functional but nothing more. It was inexpensive, so that's a plus... but does run a bit more than 720p units. On the minus side: TV exhibits intermittent poor RF connection at the coax (F81) input. Been like that since day one. Wiggling the cable connector causes the signal to drop severely to low levels, with resulting loss of video... extremely irritating, especially when using it to set up tv antenna systems. Essentially makes this TV useless for me for that purpose. Another issue is slow tv channel search (auto search) function: It is chronically SLOW. Not as bas as some (notably Sony), but takes 15 min or longer to run a complete search. My Insignia TVs of similar class search much faster. But, by FAR the worst part of this TV is the remote control. I saw the reviews on this TV before purchasing, which mentioned the poor remote operation. I thought they were probably exaggerated. Such is NOT the case. This TV remote is ATROCIOUS. It's the worst design I've ever seen. The layout is very poor, with terrible key response. Pressing a key once usually results in double presses, so if trying to jump one channel, it usually jumps two or more. Irritating to the point of throwing out the TV. The only effective solution is to use a different remote - either a universal type, or a programmable sat/cable type (assuming you can get it to work with this tv). Overall assessment on this model is only FAIR. RF performance and video is excellent, but the other lack of features and HORRIBLE remote control make this a "not recommended" model for me.

My son wanted a small tv for his apartment and so this is the one I chose as a gift. We unboxed it together to make sure the quality was good and we were pleasantly surprised. Picture quality was amazing, sound was good and the size was perfect. As a smart TV it was worth the money and I highly recommend.

I was looking for a 19 inch to fit the space I had in the basement but this was the smallest I could get. I made some room and glad I did. The picture and sound are great. I have read good reviews about Vizio's in general. Considering I had never heard of them before buying this TV, that is a nice surprise.
