Don’t buy this tv

Worked good for first couple of months but then the buttons on the back stopped working and here recently the entire tv just stopped working (won’t turn on) I’ve tried everything. One of the other ones I bought at the same time is still working though

Have to turn off and turn back on to get it to work at times. Have to reset some time and at other times have to completely unplug and plug it back in. I would recommend staying away from Vizio

One of the TV's has now died. It will no longer turn on/work. This TV has not even given two years of reliable service. Not impressed with Vizio. Will not buy this brand ever again.

Wanted a smaller smart TV and this fit the bill. It worked fine for a little over a year and then no longer connects to WiFi. Contacted support and they stated I should just connect it via ethernet cable or get a steaming device (Roku, Amazon, etc.).

24” smart tv

Perfect for a kitchen or any small space

However, when the TV arrived and was hooked up, all my concerns vanished. The set is beautifully designed, is perfect for small spaces, and the sound and picture quality are excellent. I'm VERY happy with my selection.

Terrible lag from remote input, constant freezing, loss of WiFi connection, etc. I really wish I could give this tv a zero star rating.

Picture went out

Fast forward two weeks and the picture is grayed out with lines through it. Thank goodness for the 15 day grace periods on bringing products back but I needed it.
