Bought for my 89 yo parents they had trouble just hearing the TV

This is a good value. It does pretty good for the price.

Our house had an open floor plan and the sound acoustics are horrible. This sound nar brings out the sound in an open space. Easy to set up and maintain. As a plus Vizio has the best customer service that I have ever experienced.

Bought this sound bar for my mother's wall mounted tv. It comes with wall mounts, but you still need to purchase/provide the screws to secure the sound bar to the wall. We don't need the subwoofer since it is for a smaller room.

I got this in June and loved it! Turned my tv on about a week ago and the bar wasn’t coming on. We tried everything and it wouldn’t even come on. Frustrating to already have to call about this to have it either repaired or have to buy another 7 months later.

The sound is an upgrade compared to the tv alone. A good buy.

Connected this to my TV which has just average speakers. What a HUGE improvement to the sound. If your like me and listen to alot of music via your TV this is a must have and it doesn't break the bank. 5 star for sure.

I have bought many Vizio products and never had any issues except with this hunk of trash! I hooked this up via optical cable and after the first 3 weeks the audio began going out of sync. No big deal, I just adjusted the A/V sync as needed. Eventually it got to the point that I had to adjust the A/V delay every time it went to commercial! This was the first call to Vizio. I went through some outlandish troubleshooting steps like unplug the unit and hold the power button. Eventually I got it all back in sync by hooking it up through HDMI. A week later it started all over again. This time I went to forums and found the vizio app. Downloaded it and made some adjustments including a firmware update. Started working again, and then you guessed it, after a week the audio went out of sync. I called Vizio again and went through some more outlandish troubleshooting steps. This time when it got all set back to normal I was told that if it happened again Vizio would RMA the unit. It worked for nearly a month, this time the audio went out of sync and when I tried some of the trouble shooting steps I knew the unit stopped working completely! No sound, no control over the device with the remote or the buttons on the unit and the LED's just kept lighting up from bottom to top and back to the bottom over and over. So I called Vizio support and they suggested that I try hooking it up via optical. I said I originally did and Vizio told me to do HD I. Then they said they wanted to do more trouble shooting si I said no, I was told last time any more issues and the unit would be replaced. My account was also noted with this statement. The agent put me on hold and came back several times suggesting troubleshooting syeps finally I said I would try it. Was told to hold down the input and Bluetooth buttons for 10 seconds, I held it down for 30 seconds and nothing happened. Then they said hold down the input and volume up button for 10 seconds. After holding it down for 30 seconds and it finally started working. I said that was great but I still wanted to do an RMA, I was told no. The tech, who wasn't even on the phone, said I put the unit in "demo" mode somehow by holding down the power and volume down button, one if the many solutions Vizio offered. I asked how does that affect the original problem with the A/V sync she said it didn't. I said I wanted the RMA anyway and was told Vizio would last time I called. She again said no because it was user error not a defective unit. So the moral of the story is don't buy this soundbar, it is a piece of crap. I've had a 29" Vizio sound bar that has worked great for over a year. This is the absolute Last item I'll ever buy from Vizio, hope it was worth it for them to stick me with a steaming pile of crap.

Good one for someone who doesn't want sub woofer. Worth it.

Good and loud enough for my standards I like it a lot

I am close to being deaf. The TV volume was turned up as I loud as it would go - and I still didn't understand what was being said. This is great. One small problem: The background noise isn't the best.
