Cuts out very poor sound

When I went back to the store for help I was told nothing they could do because I didn’t buy the extra warranty. I called Visio, they gave me some reset instruction and said they wouldn’t replace it until it happens again after the reset. Well it’s happening again. Overall a very poor experience

The description from Best Buy says that this product can do this. After using the product for a while I felt it needed the Subwoofer so I did get a wireless subwoofer and was unable to connect it. It can only connect with a wire. I even contacted Vizio that confirmed that this soundbar can NOT connect wireless to a subwoofer.

Posted .Hello Mt7774, you are correct this sound bar is not capable of pairing to a wireless subwoofer. You can connect a subwoofer using a wired self-powered subwoofer that uses an RCA termination to connect to the sound bar.
