    Sound levels

    Sound levels fade in and out. if left on a channel for any length of time it will cut one of the sound track layers out and will have to change channels to get it back. Mouth and sound sometimes don't sinc up

    When I first had it the sound and everything about it was amazing, but after a few months it started turning its volume up and down on its own, it was very frustrating but i ended up just throwing it away.

    This sound bar is not what I thought it would be. The music is so loud I can't hear what is being said. I have tried to lower the bass, but it hasn't helped. It is so loud that it fell off my tv stand once and it keeps moving when I have it on. Not happy.

    Was not happy with his soundbar. The bass was way too heavy and it buzzed quite a bit. Exchanged it thinking it was defective, but same thing. Upgraded to a Samsung soundbar with subwoofer. Much much better!

    My second Vizio sound bar. Purchased around March 2019 for my new house as I wanted to upgrade from my older Vizio tv and older vizio sound bar. Would not recommend. This sound bar cuts off even when the eco made is not activated if tv is left on for longer periods of time. Also, the sound bar will cut off occasionally during movies/tv shows. Sad. Attempts to disposition with support was horrible as they failed to provide reasonable solutions. Vizio ought to be ashamed. Shame of them.

    Don’t pair it with a vision tv. Remotes links bothe products at the same time. Also sound bar turns itself off in the middle of a show.

    This soundbar gave me problems from the outset. I installed it (HDMI) per instructions. The sound produced is nothing particularly noteworthy, and it refuses to play nicely with the TV's sound system. All audio settings (TV, cable box, bar) are set appropriately, yet continue to conflict with each other. Even though settings are correct, I get sound from both TV and bar. Both TV and bar are Vizio. Beyond that, the Settings for the bar are limited in scope and viewable only on the small remote. Really disappointed.

    Easy set up, buzzes at higher levels. When you get it up to normal listening levels for a semi loud room the speakers have a buzz to them.

    The speaker was sort of hard to set up, it sort of worked when it wanted to as far as the remote set up feature goes. The sound wasn’t any better than my tv speakers. I returned the item

    Connections always going In and out. Can’t hook up through HDMI only works with optical audio cable and I have to turn the connection on every time I want to use it. Not user friendly at all so it’s off 99% of the time and I only bother turning it on for movies once in a while. Sound quality not great. End up having to listen at a very high volume because voices are drowned out by other sound. Used with TCL TV for reference.

    This item would turn on and off randomly. When I reached out to Vizio they would only send me a refurbished item as a replacement, even though this was purchased new. The refurbished item had the same issues and the left speaker emitted a buzzing sound. So that one has also been sent back. Not expecting anything great the third time around and disappointed a refund has not been offered. Will not shop Vizio again.

    i CAN'T GET THE SOUND to behave. Goes up and down for no reason. If I change thesound level - it goes nuts. Turned it off. But every time I change the sound level or turn the TV on, the comes back on automatically - usually blaring. Haven't called on it yet as been busy.
