There is not enough power to produce the sound desired. Also the optical cable connection is difficult to keep the cable plugged in because it shares space on the back of the sound bar with the power cord. Disappointing.

Couldn't get it to work with my TV and DVD player.

Ended up taking it back. Was sad as I have had great luck with other Vizio soundbars.

When we reset, it works for a day or two and then starts again. Unplugged for a week and TV works fine.
