Customers are saying
Customers are positive about the picture quality, easy setup, price, and size of the TV. They appreciate the vibrant and clear display, user-friendly installation process, affordability, and suitable dimensions for their needs. However, customers are negative about the remote control, limited apps, speakers, durability, and volume. They express concerns about the small size and tiny buttons of the remote, the lack of a wider variety of apps, the desire for improved sound quality, issues with the durability of the screen, and the need for a louder volume.

Absolute Garbage
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Let me first say that this was my first Vizio TV. I have owned Sony, Toshiba, Phillips, and LG TV's in the past and had heard from many people that Vizio televisions were excellent. I purchased my 32" Vizio 2 months ago. About 3 days ago it just stopped working. For no reason whatsoever, it just would not turn on. I tried to power the TV up in multiple outlets around the house. Unplugged it for 24 hours. Did a hard power reset as recommended by Vizio customer support and still the TV would not power up. I contacted Vizio customer support to see what my options were because the TV is 2 months old. First off, their customer service is horrendous. They first wanted to send a technician to my house, which would have taken about a week to repair a TV that was two months old. After going back and forth with the rep, I finally convinced them to replace the TV with a brand new unit becasue there was no guarantee that the replacement part would last any longer than the original one. They agreed and told me that another rep would contact me and set up a time and date to receive a new TV. A few hours later I received a call from a Vizio rep telling me that in order for them to replace my TV, I would not be able to have a technician exchange the unit, nor could I bring it back to best buy for a warranty exchange, I would need to send my 32" TV back to them. This process would take about 10-14 days because they needed to send me a box and prepaid shipping label, I would need to package the TV up, and then send it back to them. Once they verified that the TV was in deed defective (which was already verified by the phone rep based on serial number) they would send me a new TV. So basically I bought a TV, had it for two months, it was defective, and then I had to wait another 2 weeks for my new TV. VIZIO is an absolute joke. I will NEVER buy another Vizio. Their customer service is ridiculous and they really give you the run around when trying to get your defective unit replaced. DON'T BUY THIS TV. It seemed like there was defective run from the factory but of course, Vizio would never tell the public that.

Very good product and it does VCR Imput
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was disappointed that Best Buy representatives could not confirm whether composite would work with this TV. You can see in the pictures that there is a green and yellow dual color input which means it does component and composite video input. Best Buy representative was not interested in seeing this updated on the website but it's important for customers to know you can plug in a VCR to view VHS videos. Could use a sound bar though.

Great TV
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is a great TV. It gets all local stations with an antenna, and it works perfectly. Alll of the menus are on the screen with the remote. I just exchanged the 'chromecast' version of this TV, for this TV. You do not need to use a smartphone or tablet to access all of the functions on this TV, which you do on the 'chromecast' TV. I am very glad I took the other one back and got this one.

D SERIES IS BETTER
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went into the store to purchase my tv and they didn't have the D Series on display. They only had the E Series out which is $20 more with no differences in specs. Expect for the brushed metal framing which looks cheap though. An employee got my tv from the back and learned there are 2 different series for the 32 inch. You're welcome (:

Was decent for a year
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The picture quality was very good and HDMI connectivity was always very clear. Using this as a computer monitor really worked out. However, the built in smart TV options, VIA, are less than smart. It contains only the basics Netflix, Youtube, Hulu, Amazon, and Google Play. Other apps are generally not supported, e.g. HBO, Showtime, ESPN, etc. The TV itself lasted 14 months before the screen failed and started displaying horizontal lines every 1/4 inch. So, overall this was not a great purchase.

Junk1
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had this TV for about 5 months. All of a sudden the screen started flashing in and out (same thing happened with our 50" vizio we bought) then screen went all black. Unfortunately while we were taking the TV down to return it, it fell and cracked the screen. Do not buy Vizio. They are complete junk.

No HBO GO in app menu
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. There is no HBO GO available in the VIZIO app menu. This is huge for me because I planned on using this TV in our play room for our toddler who loves Sesame Street (HBO has 47 seasons of Sesame Street available now). Nowhere in the product description does it mention what apps are & are not available. Had I known this I would have bought a Samsung.

Total garbage
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The remote is painfully slow to navigate any of the menus. The picture freezes at the top of every hour. I've been a loyal vizio customer since they invented the flat screen. This is by far the worst yet!

Good picture
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Read the other reviews. Some advise you to buy a sound bar because the TV speakers are bad. They are. We couldn't understand what people were saying until we bought a sound bar and turned off the TV speakers. Once we had the bar everything was fine but you would think they could produce a better product.

Below average
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Does not have and internet browser. Constantly having to re-sign into internet, very annoying. Got this tv as a gift but it is NOT worth the price. Go with a Samsung, it'll be a few $$ more but far more efficient and less frustrating.

NOT as expected
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The main point is this TV doesn't have a web browser as advertised on it's feature. Other than that I cannot say anything because I returned it the next day. I suppose it is a good TV but I need a web browser on mine.
