You can only install apps that are in the Visio store, this defeats the smart purpose of the tv. Should be able to install any app. The only reason I am not returning this tv is because my son will be using it in his room for his x-box.

Picture quality can vary based on the content you're watching, the method you're using to connect devices to your display, and personal preference. For the best picture quality we'd recommend making sure the content you're watching is in HD (720p or 1080i) or higher resolution. We also recommend making sure any devices are connected to the display with an HDMI cable. This will ensure you're getting the highest picture quality possible. You can also individually adjust the picture mode by pressing the menu button on your remote and choosing the 'Picture' option.
