    I HAVE 2 OTHER VIZIO TVs. THIS ONE WAS FAR LESS USER-FRIENDLY IN TERMS OF SET-UP. THE BIGGEST ISSUE WAS SCREEN SIZE. WAS BOUGHT FOR A RENTAL PROPERTY AND HAVE ALREADY HAD COMPLAINTS. DISAPPOINTING FOR VIZIO!

    For a TV under two hundred bucks that I'm using in the garage as a shop TV works just fine. If I were buying as a main TV I think I would look for a few more bells and whistles.

    I was trying to keep my price point down. We did not care for the picture quality on this screen. Or the quality on sound bar. We ended up upgrading to a different brand.

    Used as monitor and tv. Setup with Sharp next to it as second monitor. Disappointed with color. Whites are tinted and dull. Wifi works well with apps.

    I purchased this tv for my kitchen to watch Netflix. I was somewhat disappointed in its features because it is not as advanced in technology as I had anticipated.

    Vizio TVs are manufactured poorly. STAY AWAY!

    I purchased my brand new Vizio TV in February 2018. A few weeks later, Vizio had to replace all the innards (motherboard, audio, etc) except for the screen because of an audio buzzing problem. Now four months later (June 2018), Vizio is replacing the ENTIRE TV because I got the black screen of death. Vizio isn't even sending me a brand new TV; they're sending me a "recertified" TV that other people had sent back to the company. So I have to wait almost a week for that to arrive. (I reported my broken TV on Thursday and the replacement won't arrive until next Wednesday.) And I have to either pay to have the broken TV picked up by UPS or haul it to a drop off location myself, even though I don't have a car. Before buying I did see a few reviews warning the public about Vizio TVs being shoddy and poorly manufactured, that they have a higher rate of failure than other TVs. But I thought there's little chance that could be me! I was wrong. I researched this further and found NUMEROUS warnings about Vizio TVs, including the black screen problem. (This is where Vizio tells customers that the problem of no video is unfixable and just tells you to buy a discounted TV from them - at a higher price than at other retailers!). Jesus. I have NEVER had so many problems with a TV in my life. I am never buying a Vizio again.

    Pricing compared to other outlets was good....a little disappointed in picture quality even though it is 1080p. Sales associate was quite helpful.

    Limited choices in apps. Many of them I’ll never use. Netflix rarely loads and Sling is not a option.

    The TV had a great picture, but everything else about it was terrible. There were hardly any apps for this "smart" TV, and you couldn't add hardly any. The app store maybe had 60 apps, most of which were useless. No Sling TV, Spectrum app, Movies Anywhere, or many others. I returned this TV and got a Roku Streaming Stick for my current TV instead.

    TV works well except for over-the-air programs. I have a Samsung 720 p and the picture appears to be better on the Samsung then on the 1080p Vizio.

    Two different size legs. Tried to put the larger one in first and I heard the frame of the tv crack. Obviously the wrong leg.

    Does not fit the wall mount i have for my other tv

    My old tv is the same size just a different brand and i have a universal wall mount however this tv will not fit the .ount

    Picture was great but volume was poor (couldn't hear it even at highest volume). Traded it in for a Samsung which is great!

    Worked great until all of a sudden it wouldn’t turn on. Only had it for about a year. For the price we paid I wasn’t going to pay someone to figure out what was wrong with it. I’ve owned a Vizio before and still have it. Not sure if I bought a lemon or what the issue was. Unfortunately I probably won’t buy a vizio again.
