I returned the TV and was told by the associate it was most likely just a defect on the one I bought. I didn't want to take a chance so I purchased a Roku instead.

Don’t know if I’d recommend as a living room TV. Can be a little slow to load and toggle between inputs. Picture and sound are good enough.

It arrived in its original box with 99% of the accessories. It was missing 1 screw to attach the tv to the leg mount. I wall mounted the tv so it ok for now. The Vizio free tv and movies are ok, nothing revent. The internet connectikn is fast and doesnt lag.

When I opened the box I found out immediately that there were no feet for the TV included. Since I wanted to use this on top of a dresser and had no interest in trying to mount it on the wall, the thing was basically unusable. I didn't even bother to turn it on. Just boxed it back up and returned it. The Customer Service guy didn't even apologize for the time and gas I wasted. Basically just said, "It's an open box, so what did you expect?" I expected all the parts that come with the new TV, that's what I expected (like it says in the product description)! I wish I could give zero stars!!
