TV came with no feet, so it was unusable.

When I opened the box I found out immediately that there were no feet for the TV included. Since I wanted to use this on top of a dresser and had no interest in trying to mount it on the wall, the thing was basically unusable. I didn't even bother to turn it on. Just boxed it back up and returned it. The Customer Service guy didn't even apologize for the time and gas I wasted. Basically just said, "It's an open box, so what did you expect?" I expected all the parts that come with the new TV, that's what I expected (like it says in the product description)! I wish I could give zero stars!!

Solid Performer for the Money!

So far, we are thrilled with the value for the money. TV works well and is a solid performer for the money. I wouldn't compare it to our way more expensive Sony, but for the money, we are happy with the purchase
