However this one is horrible! This TV has given so much problems freezing up..or tells you it has to reconnect. Sometimes no sound. I got a second remote thinking it was the problem. It wasn't. I got tired of having to unplug to reboot I ended up buying another TV. I would not recommend.

Unfortunately, my original delivery was damaged in shipping, but Best Buy made it easy to arrange for a replacement, offering delivery options that best met my needs. I've been more than pleased with the customer service and with the product itself.
