Find a Different TV

You need to constantly unplug the TV or do a master reset every week or two to get the TV working properly. We have had issues using this TV with all of the apps so we know it isnt just one app that is causing the issue (i.e. HBO Max, Prime Video, Paramount, etc).

Black Screen After 3 Months

Vizio had good reviews -- Ihave owned this TV for 3 months. Now it no longer works. I turn it on and the screen goes black and shuts off. And I was very careful with this TV, to limit the use of the screen, i.e. turn off the screen when it was on pause or I was out of the room. That would extend the screen life. Can't believe this and it looks like it's not returnable. Hopefully warranty will cover it. :(

Might be one to avoid

Every TV we've had in the last 10 years and every sound bar, all Vizio. We bought this TV because we already have a warranty claim out on our large V-Series. Main board. Been month and a half, replacement still on backorder with no end in sight. So this was to get us by. Get it home, plugged it in, let updates run, and that's when the fun began.... Sound off and on every few seconds. Slow to respond menus. UI would sometimes freeze so much, the TV would shut down. Menus only reading up command (not remote issue, tested several) Perpetual loading circle, even with apps like YouTube open (when you can get them open) Hallmark traits of another board issue. Soft resets, flea power drains, and factory resets did not solve issues. I still have some faith in Vizio as a brand, but 2 bad TVs in 10 months and a customer service system that is tricky as best to navigate have me wavering. Also means this one is going straight back to Best Buy instead of working with Vizio.
