    There is a lag in loading and sometimes streaming speed. Thought about returning it since it sometimes gives a grey screen when you push the r home button.

    Vizio TV is very slow to respond when turning it on or changing from app to app. Very delayed. The screen even turns green. Will probably be returning.

    Vizio tv had no volume each usage unless unplugged, and plugged back in. Retuned tv and got a tcl brand. This tv is working fine. Return was no problem

    Not a fan. Stays on, even after pressing the off button on the remote. Screen goes black but TV doesn't actually turn off. Creepy.

    TV Purchase Disaster!

    This is the worst TV purchase I have ever made!!! I would give this TV a zero-star rating if I could. I made this purchase online and had the TV delivered. I put the legs on and set up the TV. The TV started crashing just three days after I started watching it. The problems started with a swath of vertical lines covering about 1/3 of the left side of the screen. After two more days (with just a few hours of operation), the "smart" part of the TV quit working. and I couldn't access TV apps like Hulu and HBOMax. After two more days, the entire screen went black and the TV is completely unusable at this point. This purchase was a disaster. When I called Best Buy, they told me that I was too late to have it sent back. The only way I could return it was to bring it back to the store. I do not live within 50 miles of the store and this has been almost impossible for me to do. I am extremely disappointed with Best Buy! I also am extremely disappointed with VIZIO. I thought they both were better than this!
