    Bought for the kids playroom, picture is what you'd expect, not great but not the worst in this price range. The sound is beyond terrible... TV speakers are awful to begin with but this one is shockingly poor.

    D-series TVs lock up on commercials

    Beautiful TV, but locks up on certain channels, audio OK but video freezes. Must change channels to restore operation. found identical problem on 1-40" and 2-32" D-series, so this looks like a software or firmware problem. Returned all 3 sets to Best Buy.

    Bought this TV for my master bedroom. It’s a good size. Not to large for a smaller room. Very easy to start streaming with my TV apps. Love it!!!! I’m buying a larger one for the living room next week.

    Netflix Frequently Craps Out

    It works fine while it’s working, but crashes two or three times in an hour, requiring me to startup the Netflix app and re enter my show. Not ideal. I’ve only owned it for two weeks and bought it new so I’m definitely disappointed.

    Absolutely awful, such a disappointing purchase. The processor is painfully slow and the TV often has trouble even turning on. The excessive number of streaming apps is essentially useless, as they take so long to load and there is consistently some sort of interruption when trying to watch something. Just spend the extra $50/$100 for a TV that isn’t VIZIO.

    I really like Vizio tvs but for some reason this one seems to freeze and go to a green screen at times. The tv is also my sons and is only really used on the weekends. Being a new tv I expected it to be better.

    Disappointing purchase, a big let down

    Tv worked fine the first few hours. The next few days of using the TV resulted in a white crash screen a few times, difficulty connecting to vizio sound bar and a tremendous input lag from the remote to tv. Weirdly, this tv responded to the remote of my tower fan which was very annoying too. This may be a good product for some but expect a less average performance from this tv. Image quality was clear but sound was faint.

    The remote has stopped working. It's not the batteries b/c they're new so?? We use a fire stick which is the only reason we have not attempted to get our money back.

    Great buy, great picture. Only problem I have is Apps keep crashing. I did factory reset that just made it worst. I wouldnt buy another Visio

    Bad TV even with low price.

    This TV when it works it is ok. The sound quality is not great. If you crank up the volume the sound will get distorted and the TV tends to get vibrated with high volume sound. If you have Spectrum TV and want to watch TV without the cable box, you are out of luck. Spectrum TV does not support Vizio. There is no Spectrum TV app to download. It only works for a week then quit working. Could not turn it on one morning so I have to return to Best Buy. Get Samsung instead.

    Not working in less than a year

    Would give 0 stars if i could. Right under a year and its officially done for. The tv turns on but it keeps cycling through trying to connect, shuts down, restarts by itself and goes thru the same process over and over again. Tried reboot, factory setting, disconnecting and nada. I wish we did more research because once i looked it seems to be a common issue with vizio. This is my 1st non-samsung tv, i dont plan on ever trying this brand again, very disappointed

    Please do not buy this terrible TV. First day I was so impressed, quick reception, not much lag. Since then I've had nothing but issues with the server shutting down. You can't download apps (including ESPN), and it lags on several platforms. There's a reason it's so cheap. Complete pain in the butt and right now I'm having buyer's remorse. Don't be me.

    I have bought two of these TVs within the past 2 years. The first one stopped working around 9 months and I thought that it was just a defective tv. I just bought a new one recently and not even a month into using it, it slows down to the point where it takes hours for me to even use. This TV is very badily made. I thought it was good for the price, but you are better off getting a different brand. This one is absolutely trash.

    Tv was hard to come on & would go off on it’s own. Couldn’t get to go channels sometimes Had to return it to store. Found out because of the way I bought the warranty they didn’t want to return it. They wanted to try fix it. I have never been told that a specific way a warranty was made a difference. So beware if kind of warranty you get
