    Hi, The TV started out great but 3 weeks later it was not working properly, did not respond to apps, clicked on a selection and it would not turn on Etc.

    Broken on/off button

    The unit I purchased had a broken on/off button, however I didn't find out it even had an on/off button until the next day when I was trying to get assistance downloading an app. The button did not move when I tried to push it to turn the TV off to reboot. There was nothing obvious to define there was even a button there. I returned the set and bought a FireTV instead because the app I wanted could not be downloaded to the Vizio. It could only be cast. That is not why I purchased the TV.

    Missing remote we can’t use the tv without it. Went to the store and they didn’t offer a replacement only the buy option

    I would never buy a Vizio again. TV freezes a lot. Should default to regular TV instead offree channels that I hate like CNN, Disney, MSNBC

To power cycle a TV you will want to unplug the power and then hold the power button on the back of the TV for at least 5-10 seconds while unplugged. After those 5-10 seconds go ahead and plug the power back in and try again.     What a Waste of Money

    Just an absolute piece of crap. Died within 3 months of purchase. I should never have bought a Vizio again. I switched to Samsung 8 years ago and now Sony for the last two years. My bad for expecting a better quality product. And, no, I’m not interested in a warranty exchange for a likely refurbished product. I expect a product that I purchase to last more than two months from NIB.

    Please do not bother purchasing this worthless television. It will never work properly for more than a few minutes at a time, constantly turning off at random and moving at its own pace when it does decide to actually work. Save yourself the trouble and spend an extra 50-100 dollars for something that you can actually depend upon for more than an hour.

    Vizio Smatcast operating system is trash. It shuts off for no reason and takes a while for it to be turned on again. It disconnects from wifi. A recent update to Smartcast seemed to have broken the tv but it turned on a couple of hours later. I had to get an Amazon fire stick because Smartcast has limited apps.

    Prices cheap for a reason

    The tv stopped working after 2.5 months. Sometimes the power light would blink and then fade out and turn off. lf it did turn on, it would start with the Terms & Conditions and after I would plug all that info back in as if I just purchased it, it would turn off in less than two minutes.

    Would Not Connect to Home WiFi

    Purchased as a gift for my wife to use in her workout room to stream classes. This TV should have fir the bill perfectly however, the TV would not connect to our WiFi after many failed attempts and direct assistance from Vizio Tech support. Tech support eventually recommended I return the TV which I promptly did.
