Spend a few extra bucks for an LG. This isn’t worth it. Support is a joke. Sound and picture quality aren’t any good. You get what you pay for. However, I’ve never had a tv break after 2 months. Total garbage

Very very upset

With no television.

If you purchased it from a 3rd party re seller, it's possible that something happened to remove the power cord that was outside of our control. Poor TV

The shows get stuck on loops if you fast forward or rewind it. The volume just keeps going up if you tap the volume button a few times.

Junk

Wish I would have went with a Samsung like I have in all of the other rooms in my house. This tv gives a blank screen when you turn it on half the time, and when it does work it freezes! The only way to fix it is to unplug it each time. Will never buy Vizio again.

To power cycle a TV you will want to unplug the power and then hold the power button on the back of the TV for at least 5-10 seconds while unplugged. After those 5-10 seconds go ahead and plug the power back in and try again. Not A Good TV For The Price

Even after updates, this TV performed slowly from switching apps to settings. Picture was fair at best but if it’s moving slowly, the rest is pointless. Def not Vizio’s best model. I returned this TV and went with a different brand.

Please do not waist your money

Don’t buy

The smartcast does not load. My older Panasonic tv worked better. Also POOR sound quality. You’ll need to buy a speaker bar just for decent sound.

Wouldn't buy again

It struggles to load the home interface to select an app and when it finally does load something like Netflix, it disconnects from the wifi 50% of the time.

Not good.

Bad voice clarity

Pieces of junk!

Cheap for a reason

Stay away from this tv
