Best buy gladly refunded both, with free shipping to and from, thanks for the great service Best Buy !!!!

D-series is fine, it doesn't take all the bells and whistles, or the latest to please me. 5 stars *****

It updates and restarts and updates and restarts. Play a show, then it just shuts off and starts over. Software update overlaping the bottom isn't doing anything but covering up the screen. All this tv is good for is practicing setup

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this TV 7/24/22 for our daughters room, not even two months later it starts freezing, the power button doesnt work, and the remote receiving commectiom to the tv wont work. You had to unplug the tv, let it sit, plug it back in, just for it to do it all over again within 24hrs. We took it back to best buy, had to be firm in order to get any help, thankfully got in store credit after having to say ill call my credit card company and file a refund. Picked out the samsung. Dont waste your time with this tv.
