    I have concerns about the tv it gets frozen alot of times and i have to keep rebooting the tv because the volume works sometimes when it wants im very concerned i will like for somebody to get back at me please thank you

    Any apps that you download on this tv will constantly lag or crash. It renders everything unwatchable. Visually it’s good, but prepare to watch it lag for minutes on end. Adjusting the volume alone will wig it out. It’s cheap for a reason, I’m returning mine asap. Don’t get this tv.

    Garbage, slow, turns off, now doesn’t even work at all just took a crap on me, barely have had it a little over a year. This is the second vizio tv with the same issue. Horrible brand, dont waste your money.

    Barely ever works.

    Purchased this Tv ahout 9 months ago to go in my spare bedroom, so it doesnt get used but maybe once a week or every 2 weeks. Its insanely slow & takes more time trying to load than it does playing. Waste of money

    I would most certainly steer away from this TV. It is very slow. Other brand TVs on the same network are lightning, so I can’t blame the internet. It’s just flat out a cheap TV

    I would not recommend this TV if you are solely using it for the streaming capabilities. I got my TV around Christmas 2 years ago, and started experiencing problems 3 months into owning this TV. The problems I would face are stalling, freezing. and/or restarting of apps throughout the TV, especially Netflix. Relating to Netflix usage, my TV will often stop and either bring me back to the home screen or freeze with a black screen forcing me to have to manually turn off my TV due to loss of my remote controls on the TV. Needless to say, I am generally dissatisfied with this TV and I would not recommend this TV to a family or friend of mine.

    Poor Quality and Warranty

    In 20 years, I've owned 6 flat screen TVs and never had a single issue until I bought a Vizio 40 Inch 4K (don't make them anymore). After only 18 months - the picture started having issues and with a warranty of only 12 months, all Vizio could offer was a 20% discount on a new TV. No suggestion of fixing - just, sorry, buy a new TV from us. One could say my mistake was not buying an extended warranty but again, never had an issue and never even imagined a company would only provide a 1 year warranty.

    Terrible spound and no way to switch it off

    The sound on this set is miserable. There is cabinet vibration with every bass sound. It's like a buzzing. I thought I could just buy a sound bar and fix that but no way. There is a setting in the menu to turn off the speakers in the set but it DOES NOT work. Even when the setting is switched to off, the speakers are still active so there is no way to avoid this issue. Unfortunately it took me 16 days to discover all these defects and it can't be returned. So to the county incinerator it goes. I guess the only option for me is to remove the back cover and cut the wires going to the speakers.

    This TV is exhausting

    This is the first smart TV I’ve ever owned and it makes me never want to buy another one ever again. It crashes and freezes literally every time I use it. Not even just once, it will freeze multiple times. I have to physically unplug the TV a minimum of 2 times every time I use it as no buttons will work to take me out of an app. Apps don’t work half the time and I receive error messages. Every time there’s an update and I moved apps closer to the front, they move right back down the line.

To power cycle a TV you will want to unplug the power and then hold the power button on the back of the TV for at least 5-10 seconds while unplugged. After those 5-10 seconds go ahead and plug the power back in and try again.     This tv has everything you want! Apps and Apps! BUT IT LAGGS SO MUCH! The remote itself lags just scrolling and turning up and down the volume or channels. Very annoying.

    Short term but still very mediocre

    Good for about 6 months, then absolutely terrible. It goes haywire with volume, screen,etc. don’t recommend except if you want something cheap and very short term

    No audio to external speakers

    TV speaker works but will not output signal to external speakers. Several calls to unhelpful Vizio tech support, finally got a helpful tech, spent over an hour with him, tried everything, nothing worked. He said there was a software issue and he would push a software patch through. Days later, no results. Returned TV. Bought a Samsung. No problems.

    Waste of time, and money.

    TV had issues connecting, AND blown speakers. The service through Vizio offered to replace the TV more than once, then eventually refused to do so. Totally waisted my time over a week and several calls. I’d buy a different brand entirely if I were you. Returning this one to go a different direction.

    Could Find Better
