The picture and sound are fine. The UI is awful. I've got this directly connected to the router so the speed should be the best in the house but it stinks. I like Vizio but this operating system is awful. I should have stuck with my tried and true Roku system as I've purchased 2 of those previously and they work like a dream.

Unreliable, inconsistent, slow remote control and unable to work TV with any certainty of control of any functions. If trying to stream a recorded movie/show or live broadcast, TV breakup and freezes with no reason or pattern of when. This occurs even with TV physically moved 1" away from router. And of course my 3 year old VIZIO TV unexpectedly stopped working. I WAS a fan of VIZIO......NEVER again!
