I could keep going on but you get the point. Complete waste of my money. I’ve had better luck with off brand TVs and Samsung before, this Visio TV is absolutely terrible. If you want to waste money on a TV you’ll hardly ever be able to use then go ahead and purchase this one. Vizio use to be great but in the last few years I’ve had junk TVs from only Vizio, no other brand!

Ended up buying a roku stick for the tv.

It will not download the updates it needs, which prevents us from using it. We were unable to return it since we are outside the 15 day return window (we purchased it at a Best Buy that’s an hour away, so we were unable to return it sooner).
