We have had several problems with it dealing with the Smartcast capabilities. We have a Roku stick to use our Hulu and Netflix apps because the Smartcast does t work well. Tonight I have no volume. I unplugged and plugged it back in. Nothing. This TV is a dud.

Good price; ok quality

To make sure you’re getting the most out of you VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and are set to broadcast in 4K (2160p) or Full HD (1080p). You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms try using the ‘Calibrated’ setting, for darker rooms try ‘Calibrated Dark’. Great picture, defective audio

Unfortunately, after a few minutes, the audio started to cut out every 15 seconds or so, getting progressively worse. Audio improved after disconnecting the wi-fi, which removes the smart features of this “smart” tv. Searching online, it seems that the audio problems are common with Vizio smart TVs. Wish I had known before purchasing.
