    So disappointed, i bought this tv for my son for Christmas and here it is 6 months later and the tv is turning off on it's own. When it does come on the picture quality is terrible. Initially I noticed it lags with a terrible delay....I should've know then this was not a good purchase. Don't waste your money!

    Bought a little over a month ago and the internet connection keeps dropping. We have multiple smart TVs in the home and devices but this TV has to be unplugged and plugged back in often just for it to connect to the internet. When casting it drops and Air Play won’t even connect. Never hesitated making this purchase because we already had an older model, but will definitely be considering a different brand in the future.

      If you could call our support team at 844-254-8087 we'd really appreciate the chance to ask you a few questions and resolve this issue. Since other devices in the area don't seem to be having this problem- it may be an issue with the TV that requires service. The TV should stay connected with no problems- and if that's now what happening- we want to get you a working product. VIZIO
