    This tv was recommended to me by a Best Buy employee. I wish I would have never listened. The tv remote stopped working within months. Now I have to use an app on my phone to use the tv, which does not always work either. The tv settings are bizarre. It is a smart tv but it is not easy to operate and certainly was not worth the money spent on it.

    We’ve had it for a month and have had issues with it. We bought the warranty and waiting on geek squad to address issue.

    It’s slow when turning on and going on apps I have to unplug it and turn it back on for the WiFi to connect again .

    Screen keep blacking out. Netflix works sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t. I have to unplug and replug to get it working again.
