If that was not been enough the Tv itself is grainy and the remote gets stuck..Bummer so but this purchase was a bust!

Would have returned it earlier but i was trying to give it a chance and I already had it mounted on the wall. Volume gets stuck. Buggy all the time. This TV has so many apps that it boggs down the speed and is always laggy. Go buy ANY other tv but this one. If you do buy it... keep the box just in case.

Options only remain on the screen for a brief period of time and they are in small print. My elderly in-laws cannot work with this tv and are very frustrated. I tried to assist them, and was equally frustrated. If I had it to do differently, I would NOT have purchased this product.
