    Sound went out after just one year. Too many fees to have it looked at so decided to replace it.

    Cannot sync with cable remote. Randomly turns off due to supposed overheating, but doesn’t get much use. Randomly turns on at night. Contemplating a return, but I’m outside the 45 day return window and Best Buy’s return policy is archaic and draconian, so likely have to eat the money.

    I bought two of these at the same time and I can't tell you how many times I've turned either of them on to sit for 8 minutes only to stare at a black screen. Sometimes turning off doesn't even work so I have to unplug. Then there are times where the smart home screen doesn't load. It's like playing roulette with these TV's and it's incredibly irritating.

    Expect an incredibly glitchy experience using streaming apps through the Smart TV menu. We have owned this TV for nearly two years and have to reboot it on a nearly daily basis. It’s an inexpensive option and the video is good but just be ready for some frustrating moments with streaming.
