TV is substandard

Randomly turns off due to supposed overheating, but doesn’t get much use. Randomly turns on at night. Contemplating a return, but I’m outside the 45 day return window and Best Buy’s return policy is archaic and draconian, so likely have to eat the money.

Great price, great image, everything else sucks.

Sometimes turning off doesn't even work so I have to unplug. Then there are times where the smart home screen doesn't load. It's like playing roulette with these TV's and it's incredibly irritating.

You Get What You Pay For

We have owned this TV for nearly two years and have to reboot it on a nearly daily basis. It’s an inexpensive option and the video is good but just be ready for some frustrating moments with streaming.
