The lag is inexcusable! Returning!

The 40 inch however turns off at random and then refused to turn on. When it does power on navigating the apps is a nightmare and takes way too long to perform basic functions like turning the volume down. We will be retuning this product.

Lasted 3 weeks :-(

I went back to Best Buy and they told me they have a 15 day return policy. Now I am stuck with having to deal with the manufacturer. We will see how this works out.

Then it started blacking out for seconds at a time randomly. First I thought it was my cable service. That was not the problem. I eliminated variable after variable and determined it was the TV. At least Vizio sent out a repair man twice since it was still under warranty. First time he had the wrong part. Second time he fixed it and then it completely blacked out a few days later. Then I send back the piece of junk to California and they send me a refurbished one at no charge. Now my second TV got worse and worse blacking out until it now completely won't work. I'll be contacting Vizio again tomorrow morning to see the next step in this never ending saga. This has been a waste of everybody's time!

Don’t buy this TV

I can’t get any of the apps to open. On the rare chance it does open an app it buffers the entire time. It’s not my internet because all of my other TVs work great. Very disappointed.

Poor quality

When I use the remote, it doesn’t register sometimes and will kick me back to the Home Screen. Certain features like sleep mode also have to be turned on every night and I do not like that at all. Would not recommend.

Not worth the price

At night it craps out after about 5 minutes into a movie on Netflix, Disney+, etc. I’m upset I spent my money on a tv that doesn’t work properly when I want to use it.

Terrible for AirPlay and Casting

Out of 10-15 attempts, it has only been successful twice. Will be returning this tv.

The TV should work flawlessly on a home network, but sometimes in more complex corporate networks- there can be additional security that needs to be adjusted on the newtork. You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms, try using the ‘VIVID’ picture mode for a brighter, more colorful image.
