    The tv is nice but I don’t know how to use the apps on my tv

      Hello Carolyn, thank you for leaving us your feedback today. The TV apps are able to be accessed a few different ways after the TV is connected to an internet network. They can be accessed with the Input button on top of remote until you reach the SmartCast input. You can access the six quick apps with the buttons on the top of the remote as well. Further down toward the middle of the remote, you will find a Home button. Pressing that button will take you directly to your SmartCast home page as well with your apps. The apps can also be accessed using the free SmartCast mobile app found in your Apple or Android app store.     Do NOT buy this TV. It's so slow you can literally wait minutes for it to respond with gigabyte internet. Visio doesn't support all the current streaming applications, example HBO. Its home screen is completely boatware.

      Hello Schaef, Thank you for the feedback. A few things that might help you get the kind of picture quality you are looking for. First, make sure the Display is getting a hi-definition or 4K signal. This means making sure that you're source device (like a cable/satellite box) is capable of HD or 4K, and that it's connected to your Display with an HDMI cable that can deliver the HD or 4K picture. You can also change between pre-set picture modes on the display by pressing the PIC button on your remote. This will toggle between a few picture setting that look good in different situations. If your display is in a bright room try Vivid or Calibrated. If it’s in a dimmer room try Calibrated Dark. VIZIO

    the first few months the tv worked fine but it is soooo slow now only 2 years old and it crashes a lot. even turns off by itself. not recommended

    It is a very good TV. But we had a lot of problems with it. The set up was easy but when we used Netflix it would sometimes freeze and we couldn’t do anything. We have to unplug the TV in order for it to work again. We also have had a problem setting up the TV with our google home.

    Died after only 1-1/2 months!

    Bought this flat screen about 1-1/2 months ago. Happy with it until yesterday, when it suddenly died. Had to make a 60 mile round trip to drop it off for repairs or replacement (won't know which until it's examined by a factory rep). Not a happy customer!

    Too many connectivity issues with this TV. I’m often streaming shows or movies and it begins to buffer or flat out say there’s no connection. This is the only TV in the house with this issue despite being the closest to the modem.
