Also basically impossible to connect to Alexa. This tv is cheap but spend a few extra dollars and get one that works smoothly

There is a big delay when you push the button on the remote to when it actually happens on the TV. I am unfortunately very disappointed.

Died in 6 months

Tried a new outlet and surge protector and nothing just got this darn thing. now have to waste time trying to get it exchanged out . better not have to spend more money !!

Not worth it

I can't use the disney+ app AT ALL, it's frozen the tv everytime I try. I've also had issues where it finds my wifi network but can't connect to it. I wish I would have used the money on a different tv.

Stay Away!!!!!

I bought this tv and kept it in a box for a little over a month as I was in the process of moving. Finally unboxed it, set it up and excited to use and to my utter disappointment the tv does not work. It’s freezes everytime and the only way to unfreeze is to plug it out. The lag on this is horrendous. When the gray screen comes up, you’re out of luck, unplug time. The built in apps do not work. The list goes on. Unfortunately I just lost out on $200 plus because apparently I’m out the return window and can’t get an exchange. Never again with Best Buy and never again with Vizio!!!!

Tv freezes

Unresponsive TV - Black Screen

Posted .Hello Scout, Thank you for the feedback. A few things that might help you get the kind of picture quality you are looking for. First, make sure the Display is getting a hi-definition or 4K signal. This means making sure that you're source device (like a cable/satellite box) is capable of HD or 4K, and that it's connected to your Display with an HDMI cable that can deliver the HD or 4K picture. You can also change between pre-set picture modes on the display by pressing the PIC button on your remote. This will toggle between a few picture setting that look good in different situations. If your display is in a bright room try Vivid or Calibrated. If it’s in a dimmer room try Calibrated Dark.

Horribly slow TV

Hulu pause and go on it while it works on all other tv. The remote takes 2 minutes to respond to whatever we push. Worst tv ever. I guess thats why best buy had it on sale.
