    Worst decision I have ever made...sort of

    I am currently giving away this TV and purchasing another. I just bought this TV less than a month ago and it was the worst decision I have ever made (besides my ex husband). The TV is extremely slow and doesn't get all the apps I stream, including HBO. Who doesn't have HBO as an option? i can't even add apps. I would have just attached my playstation and used the apps from there but the TV is slow it takes at least 10 min after turning it on before you can change the channels. This is my first Vizio purchase and will be my last. All my other TV's are great and Samsung, Sharp and LG.

      Hello Trisha, sorry to hear that you're having trouble. That's not at all the experience we'd like for our customers. This TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device.     This product is basically for Apple users I wasn't told that at the time of purchase and I truly feel unsatisfied with the purchase I will never trust the sales people again other than that the TV Works great

While the VIZIO TVs do host interfaces for Apple's AirPlay, HomeKit, and Siri, we also have interfaces and the ability to use Android and Amazon features as well.     Slow to Start up

    Picture was okay, not great. The operating system was very slow to load and start up. We had to wait an inordinate amount of time after turning on the TV until the picture came on. We ended up returning the TV.

    Mine is glitchy. I should have returned it right away. It has trouble locating the home page and will display a message that it’s not connected to the internet when it is. The remote is fair. Streaming to it is 80%.

    This model is not up to Vizio standards! Hard to setup and the picture is poor. Looking at the t v straight on the picture is o k but from an angle to the side it looks washed out. Should have bought the next model.

    Bought for bedroom after I installed it work great for about a hour. Then all of a sudden there were several horizontal across. Returned TV next day exchanged for a different TV

    At first I thought this tv was amazing, now I see how bad it is. It doesn’t work at this point. I can’t get it to do anything but turn on. No buttons work, and on the off chance they do it won’t let me connect to any hdmi.

    Horrible POS. If you lose the channels that are stored figure on 10 minutes to relload them. If someone pushes the wrong button on the remote...good luck getting a channel selection. Never again...

    Had a very good picture. Didn’t like how music and other sounds got very loud. Could not hear people talk during those times. The tv only lasted 9 months.

    Had less than a month and the picture just stopped working. I did everything I could find on the internet in terms of restarting and resetting it still nothing. I’m going to try and return it today. Do not buy. When it was working sound quality was awful and the picture would be on and off blurry. Hopefully they do the right thing and take it back with out giving me a hard time.

    I needed a 40" TV to fit a certain area of my house. The Vizio was about $30 cheaper than the Samsung. I should have spent the extra money and bought the Samsung. This TV is SLOW! I noticed right away that it took a lot longer to go through it's initial setup than other TVs I own. There is about a 2-3 second lag between the time you hit the remote to the time the TV responds. I have 3 other TV's and none of them have this lag, so I know it's not the internet. I often just hook up a ROKU device to the unit, which defeats the purpose of having a smart TV.

    I purchased this for my ex-wife. The audio and picture quality were both crappy. She returned it to Best Buy and they cordially applied the purchase price to a Samsung, which was more expensive but she is very happy with that.

    I purchased television and paid for TV mounting through Best Buy. The television stopped working after 3 weeks. I wasn't able to return the television per Best Buys policy, I had to go through the manufacturer's warranty. The customer service is terrible, I got the run-around and still waiting on the television to get fixed. Save yourself the headache and go with a better brand.

    Tv was easy to assemble . I ordered it online and got it delivered to my home. When I went to edit the applications you can only delete or move applications around . You can not I repeat .. can not add applications to this tv . So if you would like to add your cable provider or other applications you like that’s aren’t on the tv . This tv is not the tv for you . I called Vizio and the lady was very helpful verifying what I had figured out after going through the settings . Returned it to Best Buy in boardman Ohio during covid-19 the team was very helpful . Refund came about 24 hours later .

    This tv does not work. While watching apps on the TV the picture and sound jumps and sometimes the app totally closes and goes either back to the home screen or to a blank screen and I have to power cycle the TV. I've even had issues where the TV completely freezes and the remote won't even work. I returned the TV the next day and got another one and it was doing the same thing. I called vizio and they told me its a known issue with the TV and they are working on it with no eta. I had to purchase another Vizio (a different model). I love vizio, but this model is a piece of crap!!!!!

    In less than 2 years TV has died. Black screen, sound but no picture. If I put a flashlight up to the screen I can see the channel playing behind the black screen.
