Won't always turn on and long delays. Disappointed

We only use it approximately 1-2 hours a few times per week. Over the last week the TV will not turn on. I have to unplug the tv and plug it back in and eventually it will turn on. There is also a long delay now for everything...loading the app, volume, and pausing & resuming a show. Just over a year ago, I purchased 3 TLC TV's for our kid's bedrooms. We have had zero issues with those. Thought I would give Vizio a try just because I have heard great things about them. Very disappointed.

Unimpressive picture and horrible sound

Picture wasn’t good and the sounds was horrible! Returned it as fast as possible and bought a Sony!

Wouldn't recommend

Often the TV locks up and goes no where. Its right next to our wireless router and still lags. Wish I had the time to return it and get another

Do Not Buy

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.apparently this issue i searched online with it powering off has been for awhile now. it purchased this in July and the last 2 months it's been powering off and on. then sometimes you cannot turn it on unless you remove the power cord. i thought i had a bad cable box. replaced. i thought i had a bad hdmi cable. replaced. it is the TV. i was in the TV, home theater & home audio industry before so i know a good amount of troubleshooting. also the google cast is horrible. i put back my actual Chromecast. my first Vizio and may be my last. I had better experience with Coby TVs and even Norcent.

get a samsung

Affordable TV, but at the cost of quality?

Upon first turning it on and going through setup, I already noticed that the SmartTV features were laggy and not smooth. Two months in, and the TV started showing weird behavior - turning off by itself, freezing during playback. Even after turning off the TV and unplugging it, sometimes it does not turn back on for a few hours. Unfortunately, it's too late to return the TV, so I'll need to contact Vizio. Save your money and hassle, do not buy this model.

Netflix issues...

Every time we try using the Netflix app the tv just nshuts off completely.... everything else works great, just can’t figure this issue out.

Keeps losing internet

The product needs a factory reset which wipes all saved apps from the device.

Terrible for Casting and Streaming

Even with something basic as turning it on or off. It frequently needs to be unplugged just to power off, and it doesnt seem to have enough memory to support any of the apps that are on it. Scrolling through the TV's own "free channel" list is extremely tedious, taking as much as 20 seconds to flip to the next channel. If you get it for cheap just to use the HDMI, go for it, Using this TV for casting or streaming is an absolutely horrible experience.

Spend the extra!

Worst TV ever

He didn't know what he was talking about. I returned this piece of junk within 48hrs and left with one on my original list. I have NEVER returned a TV before. I would NEVER ask the advice of a blue shirt EVER AGAIN. Picture sucks! I have another 720 TV that has an awesome pic this one didnt. Couldn't enjoy watching it. I gave 1 star only because I couldn't give a 0.

So slow!

Regret buying this trash

Would not buy again

I have never seen anything like that before, but it still worked. More recently when turning the TV on the sound does not work. To get it to work we have to unplug it and plug it back in. Bought in April of 2020 and would return if we could, but unfortunately the return window has passed.

Poor Viewing Angle
