    Sound is not great, if you lose the remote you cannot change the channel, channel numbers are extremely small and hard to read. For not much more $ you can get a Samsung.

    nice picture but tends to turn off and sometimes need to press the power button 3 or 4 times to get tv to turn on; will be returning

    Constantly loses wifi

    I got this to replace an old Vizio. I was so excited I loved my old tv and it worked great for many years until it was damaged. I did an online order and picked up - that First TV came with a bright white line around the top of the TV so I returned and had to order a replacement online for delivery. So excited again. The first week I lost connection to my WiFi only once. I thought it was a fluke, now it’s almost every other day. It works but it’s definitely a pain. Bummed bc I was so excited to get it.

    This tv sucks. It’s very slow and not very reactive. The picture is decent when it works, but that is rare.

    Glitching like crazy...doesnt connect to alexa and airplay and smartcast are both terrible i am going to return it

    Bad purchase/ bad customer service from Best Buy

    Do yourself a favor and "Do not buy this TV" is the worst! And don't buy it from Best Buy they just give you 15 days to say if anything is wrong, I been having this TV for a month and the TV started to freeze and is not responding to the control remote... I called and they said that is nothing that they can do because I only have 15 days to do a exchange "Sorry" and after that they just ask you if is anything else that they can do for you,,, Please!!!

    It’s very slow on commands. It freezes and the letters are too small. When I turned off it goes back on by itself

    I'm not saying they are all like this but the one I got is a complete piece of junk! It is so slow to react to anything. Hit the volume and its like a 10 second delay. It's like the software is lagging so bad and it turns itself off a lot. I have made sure it's up to date. Switching between apps is so slow and lags bad on any thing you do. My internet is blazing fast too. Only tv in the house that acts like this. Wish I could exchange it or return it.

    This tv was fine until a few days ago. Now it won’t shut off. I turn it off and it immediately turns back on. Just days after it is non returnable.

    This tv was great at first, but after 2 years sometimes it shuts off out of nowhere or doesn’t even turn on and has to be constantly reset. Really annoying.

    Went black and then died

    We've had this TV for less than 3 months and a month ago it would randomly turn on. Then it would turn on with a blue line going across it at the top. The remote wouldn't work despite fresh batteries and now the screen is completely black. Buy the warranty as we are out $225 and we are outside the return period. Very disappointed as i've never had a problem with Vizio before.

    I bought the television May 26 two weeks later it stopped working only the sounds were no picture I’ve called Visio I’ve called Best Buy am not been able to resolve returning the television for a new one.

    I bought the TV in April 2020 and now (October 2021) the tv no longer will turn on. I’ve unplugged it, held the power button for 30 seconds, etc etc etc) multiple times and the tv is broken. Do not buy this product. The year and a half it worked, the associated app never functioned and you constantly had to restart the tv because it froze or closed all the apps. Do not buy this tv.

    This is a piece of garbage. It fails almost every time I turn it on. When watching live tv it gets blurry and loses connection. It forgets my wireless network connection regularly and makes me have to re log in to everything. I can’t believe such a promising purchase could be this horrible. And I don’t know what to do about it. If user error please let me know but this thing is a piece of crap and I wasted enough money on it to say something. So disappointing
