The remote came messed up .

Voice timing is way off

Never works properly

I cannot access the apps all the time. Sometimes they do not show up at all. I don’t know if I just got a bad tv or if it’s just the quality of this tv. I wanted to exchange for a new one, but by the time I actually hooked it up I was out of my 15 day time frame.

Nice little tv, but super slow...

Horrible colors

When you adjust one show if you change to another channel the color is messed up again. There is no getting the color correct for all stations. My non hd stations has a line running thru the top.

Very difficult to navigate between smart tv, and channels - HORRIBLE! Don’t so small on screen you have to get right in front of it to see channel or? No owners manual - online only Top it off with Best Buy impossible to stop order weeks before shipping and ability to talk to no one. Best Buy sucks!!!!

To make sure you’re getting the most out of your VIZIO TV, we’d recommend making sure your devices are connected with an HDMI cable, and are set to broadcast in 4K (2160p) or Full HD (1080p). You can also individually adjust your picture settings in the menu. For brighter rooms, try using the ‘VIVID’ picture mode for a brighter, more colorful image. Posted .Hello Nations, Thank you for the feedback. A few things that might help you get the kind of picture quality you are looking for. First, make sure the Display is getting a hi-definition or 4K signal. This means making sure that you're source device (like a cable/satellite box) is capable of HD or 4K, and that it's connected to your Display with an HDMI cable that can deliver the HD or 4K picture. You can also change between pre-set picture modes on the display by pressing the PIC button on your remote. This will toggle between a few picture setting that look good in different situations. If your display is in a bright room try Vivid or Calibrated. If it’s in a dimmer room try Calibrated Dark.

Poor Quality TV

After attempting to install updates, now the tv won’t turn on and must be unplugged and manually reset. I have a more expensive Sony tv that works seamlessly most of the time and I have never had to unplug it because it glitched out. All in all, you get what you pay for.

It has no on screen guide. The layout is terrible. You have to be super quick with the remote or you end up starting your process all over again. It’s just not user-friendly at all. I can’t complain about the picture but that’s about all

Trash Product

Read the reviews and they were pretty positive. They were wrong. The “smart” tv doesn’t stream very well. Buffers like it’s 2002. The remote is garbage. I would take it back but the hassle with the COVID protocols ain’t worth my time. Had to buy a Roku stick to stream properly. Never but Vizio again.
