    If you want a “smart” that lags, freezes and crashes a lot! I mean a lot! Then this TV is for you. Otherwise if you want a TV that works as it should get something else. This TV is awful. I can’t express how disappointed I am about this Vizio.

    This tv isn’t worth it. One it doesn’t have add apps availability. Mirroring it doesn’t work with all apps. Then I brought it thinking I had 30 days to return it. Nope 15 days only. I Have use a fire stick to get most of what I need. If that’s the case I could have just brought a regular tv. Upset to say the least.

      Hello Nott, this TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device.     The TV arrived damaged

    The TV was probably damaged during shipping. Best Buy made it extremely easy to return the TV via UPS and promptly processed my refund. Communication from Best Buy was great. We purchased another TV that Best Buy had in stock at our local store and are very happy with it.

    No built in channel guide

    Bought an certified open box unit. I will be returning the day after I bought it. I do 80 percent of time my time watching broadcast tv. The tv doesn't have a channel guide feature. My cheap 12 year old analog to digital converter had a built it channel guide.

    cracked screen

    I bought this smart tv for my motorhome, it was a gift for my wife, I took it out of the box set it in the spot where it would go threw the box away so she would not see it. On her birthday I took her in to see it. I hooked it all up to find out it had a cracked screen, tried to take it back to replace it and was denied.

    This is the most worthless TV I have ever had in my life! My Internet is top notch speed. So don’t blame it on the Internet. It takes so much struggle just to get the stupid TV to hook up. And I’m not talking about hooking up as in mounting it I’m talking about turning on. This is a worthless piece of junk.

    Limited amount of apps. Constantly laggy and delayed, Freezes often. Would return but past that point, bought for my vacation place and installed later. Ran all updates and tried via WiFi and directly wired. Same problems.

      Hi Cass, Typically is having issue getting powered on my be a bad connection with the power-We would recommend perform a power cycle by unplugging the power cord from the TV, Hold the physical power button on the TV for five seconds, Then re-seat the power cord into the TV, If that doesn't work and need more assist please call 1-855-833-3221 VIZIO

    I purchased a vizio tv because I thought they where better than the Roku TVs. I was wrong. This Tv is very slow and No it’s not my WiFi. All my other Roku TVs work great. I’ve had the Tv for about a month now and just last night it turned off on it’s own and won’t turn back on now. Waste of my money.

    Freezes Up Daily. Very Disappointed.

    I want to like this TV, but the smart TV interface is slow to respond with the remote, and it freezes up daily. Has to be unplugged and restarted, because not even the power buttons work when it's frozen. I've had this for 6 months, and it's been a pain from the beginning. I expected better from Vizio.
