Unbelievable

We turned it off and left for the day and upon returning I tried to turn it on and nothing. The power light comes on for a few seconds, then fades away. I have to find out next week what Vizio will say.

Lasted less than 3 years

Not good. Worked great until then. Owned a VIZIO before and it lasted a little longer but not really long. This will be our last VIZIO purchase.

Horrible TV

The picture quality is awful, the entire tv system lags and does not process any request quickly. Each app either exited randomly or stopped working in which I would have to unplug the tv itself to get it to work. Please purchase a different tv, not worth it.

I thought it might have been the internet but nope. It will not respond to the remote. Batteries have been changed, still nothing. Stopped mid movie and can not get it to shut off or change. Happened a few times. Will be contacting BESTBUY ASAP. Had it for 24 days.

Wasted 6 days trying to fix this thing. Poor quality even before it stopped working. Damaged 2 of my usb drives. Customer support rude and ignorant. Just stay away, buy ANYTHING else...

TV stop working after 21 days

Slow and sound stopped working

It is ridiculously slow to load any of the apps and now the sound has completely quit working. The saying “you get what you pay for” stands. We’ve already ordered another brand. I hope this review helps save others the time and agony.

Terrible right out of box

Defective

I haven’t had it very long. Sometimes it won’t turn on and the connection to WiFi is so bad. My 10 year old TV worked better. I have no issues with the WiFi on my other tv’s. I bought it so I could stream Disney+ and Hulu but none of it works at this point.

Quit working 9 months in

It’s is currently April of 2022 and the television is presenting with the black screen of death. It needs some sort of lighting system and is now worthless. Had it less than 1 year.

That loose problem frequently causes interference or disconnection from programs being watched. This problem has caused much dissatisfaction with my Vizeo Smart Tv purchase!
