Awful

They told me geek squad checked it over. Clearly they didn’t, plugged it in and now it won’t work at all. Will never buy a tv or anything else from Best Buy. There is a reason amazon is dominating. Hopefully they put y’all out of business.

Save Your Money

Tv freezes constantly. My wifi works so well on my other tv and other devices, but this tv is a nightmare. Worst purchase I ever made and am returning to go with a different brand.

Not happy

Then a year later it started cutting on and off and there are rows of pixels that have died. It only takes one bad experience to switch to another brand.

Don’t Buy

The firestick moves faster than this tv. No point in having a smart tv if you have to use a firestick also. The sound quality is also terrible. We are actually going to return this and get a new one.

Unstable Internet Connection

The apps are very slow on this TV. I am constantly having to do a hard reset for it to reestablish the internet connection. Will be returning soon.

They delivered me a broken tv.

I also bought on 40 inch that was delivered broken. Customer service doesn't even want to repair 32 inch even though its covered under protection plan. Really regret all my purchases.

Cracked Screen

Screen damage

I took 2 weeks to open the package due to work. Once I was able to install it & plugged in literally the screen was pitch black.

Bad connection to internet

We thought it was because of where it was located in the house but we moved it recently and it still has the same issue. Very frustrating and we hardly use it because of this.

Now I have to go thru the mfg warranty which is a pain in the back side. Right now not a fan.

Busted TV

But, Best Buy kindly replaced it with a nothing tv. I only gave this purchase one star is because they asked for my rating for this purchase.

Returned the tv.
