    The sound is awful. The music on all the shows is so much louder than the people speaking. The tv turns off by itself. The remote is very sensitive. I hate everything about it.

    Tv is super slow, has delayed responses. I would’ve returned it had I not thrown out the box first. Not sure if it’s a result of it being refurbished or what.

    Didn’t want to connect to the wifi

    It was a nice tv but would disconnect from the WiFi then would take forever to reconnect or it wouldn’t reconnect at all, sometimes it would even find any network I had to return it.

    freezes up turns black don't know if its on or off, can't add your own channels, can't hook computer to it, it freezes it freezes wish I could return it. Huge waste of money. JUNK

    I have not had this TV one month and today it stopped working. Shut off and have been unable to turn on. Of all the tvs I have owned I have never had this problem with a new tv.

    I’ve had this tv for less than a year and it already starts to freeze. I have to consistently unplug it and plug back in because it just won’t turn on. Seriously do not recommend.

    Bought this as a cheap bedroom tv and it failed to work. Talked to Vizio cust. service and they couldn't fix. Returned it the next day and will NEVER buy another Vizio again.

    When it was delivered the box was damaged and suspected the tv would be to from the outside too but it was damaged from the inside and now I have to pay to get it fixed.

    Tv is always freezing...opening apps is always a hit and miss. Very unreliable. I’ve only had the tv for 6 months and wish I never purchased it.

    All of my televisions a Roku and are extremely easy to set up and download apps. This television is NOT . It requires to download a app on a secondary device for use. I had to take it back.

      Hello Imammu, The SmartCast input does have limited applications installed and you cannot add extra apps to the input. We are continuously evaluating new applications for possible addition to this screen. In the meantime you can cast any of the thousands of Chromecast enabled applications to the TV from any mobile device on your network. VIZIO

    This requires a frequent soft power cycle. Apps don’t load. Defaults to ad tracking. I hate this TV. It makes watching tv so frustrating!

    This tv wouldn't let me configure parental controls for my 10 year old so if you're looking to get this for children then look into a TCL or Roku

    Price was incredible however, you get what you pay for. Picture quality less than desirable. Color was dull and picture sharpness non existant.
