    junk, best buy did something to it, or it refurbished it as new and it come all busted up

    Got this tv for kids and it's constantly disconnecting and not turning on. Not getting a vizio again.

      Hi SeattleMama, Sorry to hear that having issue with the TV not powering on and disconnecting, We would like to suggest to preform a power cycle of the TV-Unplug the power cord from the TV-Hold the physical power button on the TV for five seconds, Then re-seat the power cord back into the TV.       Hello SaCh, this TV uses our SmartCast Platform which offers a host of built in apps, as well as support for Google's Chromecast, Apple's AirPlay 2, and voice support for SIRI, Google Home, and Alexa. You are not able to manually download additional apps, however new apps are added to the platform often. If you find there is an app you want to watch that is not on SmartCast you may be able to cast it using Chromecast or Apple AirPlay from your phone or mobile device. VIZIO
