Great 4k tv

I have never even considered refresh rates and color-something but she explained it all to me and directed me towards the TVs that would best suit me. This is my first smart TV and so far I am very impressed. I no longer have to use my PS3 to access Netflix!

Great Picture and easy set up

Once we found this one we knew it was the right one...perfect size for the room, quick and easy set up, love the smart TV technology, and the connect to the internet is the fastest I've seen on a TV. Overall we are very pleased with our purchase.

Great TV

The TV picture was great just when playing video games the picture was flapping between 720 and 4k. Called VIZIO and after 30 minujtes on the phone the tech decided to returned the unit. I had no issues with BestBuy returning the TV. The replacement has no issue and the picture is fantastic.

I hate the smart tv interface of Vizio, I have a smaller TCL tv with ROKU integrated and I love it... the Vizio interface is slow and ugly the tv itselfs feels kinda slow... the remote is ugly as well bulky and fells like it's slow, on the back it has a keyboard which is cool an practical but... again... the remote feels weird
